Randal Wayne White graduated from Sand Springs High School in 1959. He attended Oklahoma State University, graduating in 1963 with a degree in accounting. His financial expertise led him to become the controller for Educational Development Corporation (EDC) in 1983.
In 1986, Randal became the President and CEO of EDC when the company was on the verge of bankruptcy. Over his 24 years with the company, he transformed it into a thriving enterprise. Under his leadership, EDC was recognized as one of the “Best Small Companies in America” by Forbes Magazine in 1997 and one of the “100 Fastest Growing Businesses” by Fortune Magazine in 2005. In 2002, The Daily Oklahoman ranked Educational Development Corporation as the #1 company in Oklahoma.
