As Activities Director for Tulsa County Parks, she spent nearly three decades fostering community engagement and well-being through diverse programs and facilities. This experience culminated in her appointment as Executive Director of the Oklahoma Recreation and Park Society, where she provided leadership and advocacy for parks and recreation professionals statewide.
In addition to her public service, Dixon is a successful entrepreneur. She owns and operates Dixon Auto Glass, Inc., and DAG Management, LLC. This entrepreneurial spirit has complemented her public service career, providing her with a unique perspective on community development.
