Kieth Hilligoss Jr. is the President and founder of Air Solutions Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, a leading service and replacement company in the heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical market. Kieth started the company in 1997, with a focus on providing exceptional service to residential and commercial clients in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, and surrounding cities. Today, the company employs 36 highly skilled professionals and generates revenues of $7 million in 2022.
Under Kieth’s leadership, Air Solutions has become the fastest and most competent service company in its market. The company’s success can be attributed to its aggressive marketing approach, which has helped to stabilize its business by minimizing peaks and valleys. Air Solutions’ business mix is 80% residential service and replacement and 20% commercial service.
Kieth’s strategic decision to add Plumbing and Electrical divisions in 2016 and 2017, respectively, has helped to expand the company’s services and provide even more value to its clients. Kieth’s extensive experience in the industry, coupled with his passion for providing exceptional service, has made Air Solutions a true demand service type organization.
Kieth attended Anderson Elementary School, Central Junior High School and then Charles Page High School (Class of 1988). After High School, Kieth attended Oklahoma State University and quickly figured out that was not the direction he wanted to attend. After working numerous jobs around Sand Springs including sacking groceries at Warehouse Market, working a crazy schedule at the Steel Mill and even worked the night shift at Kerr Glass, and as a marketing rep for a local map company, he quickly figured out that he wanted to go into the skilled trades. He attended Climate Control Institute in Tulsa and graduated in 1992.
Kieth is a licensed Mechanical & Plumbing contractor and is certified by North American Technical Excellence (N.A.T.E.).

Kieth has coached Baseball, Basketball and Football at the youth level for around 30 years. When not coaching kids in the sports that he loves, he spends his time competitively fishing Bass Tournaments across Oklahoma.
