Cathy Burdge, a 1973 graduate of Charles Page High School, is a lifelong Sand Springs resident whose commitment to local youth and sports has made a significant impact. A true Sandite, Cathy has been a driving force in civic organizations, notably through her innovative fundraising efforts for the Civitan Club and Sand Springs Community Services. She has introduced successful initiatives such as the Sand Springs Mayors Softball Cup and founded the Sand Springs Downhill Soap Box Derby.
As a dedicated role model for Sand Springs Youth Football and Basketball organizations, Cathy serves as secretary and cheer coordinator on the board, fostering positive experiences for young athletes. In addition to her civic contributions, she continues her career in business administration as the attendance clerk at CPHS, demonstrating her ongoing dedication to the community she cherishes.
