Michael Dale Case, an accomplished property developer and business leader, has made significant contributions to the real estate industry and community through his successful firm, Case & Associates Properties, and various leadership roles.
Michael Dale Case grew up in west Tulsa near Sand Springs. After completing his 8th grade year, his family moved to Arkansas. Mike later married his high school sweetheart, Pat, and focused on supporting his new family. Upon returning to Tulsa, he began working for Roger Hardesty, an emerging apartment developer. Case dedicated 15 years to Hardesty before starting his own venture in 1983.
In 1983, Mike founded Case & Associates Properties, a property management firm that has grown to nearly $2 billion in value. The company operates across six states, managing about 25,000 apartment units and employing over 600 people in eight cities throughout the southern United States. Mike is a Certified Property Manager and real estate broker with experience in real estate financing and construction.
His contributions extend beyond his business. Case has served on the board of directors for the Metropolitan Tulsa Chamber of Commerce, the Tulsa Apartment Association, the National Apartment Association, and the board of trustees for Philbrook Museum. He is also a board member of the Southern Hills Country Club. From 1990 to 1994, he served as a commissioner for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for northeastern Oklahoma.
Mike and Pat Case have been married for 33 years. They have three children and nine grandchildren.
